Your product is covered under Warranty with the manufacturer. All you will need to do is call Kohler directly at 800-456-4537 and give them the model number of faucet and date of purchase. They will either send parts needed to fix the item OR they will issue you a warranty letter authorizing a replacement from your original place of purchase.
