Greetings all - I picked a 4.5 qt Le Creuset dutch oven on ebay a few years ago and it's been a wonderful workhorse. I got the bright idea that I would clean the black off the bottom, and after reading a couple online articles, poured liquid Barkeepers Friend on it and let it sit for a bit, scrubbing the bottom intermittently. When I went back and rinsed it, I noticed a now have what appear to be lighter "etched" streaks running down the sides of my pot where the BF had dripped! I have it sitting in water now to see if I can soak it out and will scrub it with soap and water after. Any other suggestions? Did I ruin the looks of my LC??
