Would this tile work with Birch cabinets?

I love this tile. I have an absolute black countertop and natural finish birch cabinets. Do you think this tile would work for a backsplash?

I am sure the blue and birch could be paired well. Do be advised that Heath is a handmade tile so there is significant variation in color and even in size. This gives the tile a beautiful artisanal quality but it does require a very skilled tile subcontractor to lay it well.
