What bugs me is the mantel does not look level and why the TV above the FP when you have space on either side I do not see which stone you are referring to but you can’t shift one stone without it affecting stones around it.

Place a straightedge that's as long as the mantle on the mantle please. Place the level on the straightedge and shim the straightedge until the level bubble is perfect. The thickness of the shims is how far out of level the mantle is.

I think you are obsessing on the top right stone, the square one. If it bothers you that much, you may be able to add in a sliver to the top of it. Do you have any leftover rock? Otherwise, I think it looks beautiful and stone is supposed to look natural and not perfect. Enjoy!

If we can assume your fireplace box is level then the mantel is not.

Don't obsess about a stone when one half of your stonework is mostly white and the other half is mixed. Get the mantel leveled.
