My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    You could achieve that with wet location rated linear LED. Depending on whether you put in tile or drywall you would use a particular extrusion - here is a link to one that is for use in tile. Klus Design https://klusdesign.com/product/44.
    LED’s do not burn out they gradually fade over time so there are no ‘bulbs’ to replace. While most LED products have a warranty of 3-5 years they really would last 25 yrs or so, likely longer in a bathroom application like that. At least until the bathroom is remodeled anyway!

      @TruDesign Co. Inc. There are many people here who love the lighted shower niche. Would you please provide more information on how that was accomplished? What happens when the LEDs burn out? Can they be replaced? What is your source for a wet-rated LED strip? Thank you! Beautiful design!

      I wasn't the designer on this project, but it looks like it's the Mayfair series by Anatolia. Color is Suave Bianco.

      I think The shower tiles are from Anatolia called Mayfair Suave Bianco and shower floor is from the same line called Suave Bianco Piazza .
