I think orange will look bad with your cabinets. Go neutral if you are planning to sell.

Do NOT paint your kitchen orange if you want to sell the house. Paint it a very pale creamy yellow like Benjamin Moore's Summer Harvest #206. Or the next step lighter even. Think neutral. :)

I agree. Pull a neutral color from the countertop on the walls. I love orange but wouldn't think of painting my kitchen orange if I'm trying to sell the house.

Leave the blue - it makes the wood look terrific - let someone else paint it after they purchase.

It is dark with the blue and paint in a neutral color will brighten it up a lot. It won't be yours anymore so you have to make it appealing to the largest number of people and not worry about using trendy colors or colors that you like more than the neutral colors.

how about like a light almond color ? or a light blue? The blue is too dark. That is what the realtor said.
