I'm completely new to growing any fruit or vegetable :)

I have 2 tomato plants (grafted) which I bought as seedlings from the garden store - both are now almost 4 feet high and showing fruits and many flowers. My question is (probably too late now) but the little plastic clips down hear the base - do they indicate the point of the graft? If yes - then below that clip is where I should've taken off the stems?
