The darker color stamens are because the bloom is already faded. Try to get a photo of that bud when it first opens.

Burgundy iceberg is my guess :)

The color doesn't quite look right, but I was going to say the same as Lilyfinch. Dark stamens are one attribute of burgundy iceberg, and that is a very difficult color to photograph.

Yes I also think it looks like Burgundy Iceberg. All the Iceberg roses are blooming in our neighborhood right now. The only Burgundy Iceberg on my walking route are too far from the sidewalk for me to get a whiff, but some of the white ones really waft nicely on a warm spring evening.

I dont know what it is but I think its really pretty! I like the color and semi double form.
