Almost looks like a Tabebuia species. Possibly Tabebuia heterophylla (Pink Trumpet Tree)? Just a wild guess. But it looks like the leaves are arranged in groups of three or five. However, Tabebuia is supposed to be deciduous, so I don't know.

It is Tabebuia. Mine don't drop all their leaves in the dry season, especially if I give them a bit of extra water. If I forget they still retain a lot of leaves. The leaves have three to five leaflets but the greater majority are three, with a few fours and fives.
