We purchased Colibri dining room chairs last April and would like to understand if this 'sagging' is normal for a recently purchased chair. We noticed the sagging within 2 months, and contacted our sales rep both on the phone and in person. She said this was normal - but would send pictures to the manufacturer. The furniture rep said the manufacturer comment was that this was normal. This store is not known for it's service, but we have had excellent furniture experience in the past without an issue. While it is difficult to see in pictures, this is not a great look. Question for the forum - is this typical? Does anyone else have these types of chairs and has experience with this? This seems to be a good manufacturer so I am surprised by the response, or lack thereof. Thank you
