The cycle dial must be turned to Steam (pointing at 6:00 bottom position. Is it set there?

Then press Select for which steam function you want.

Set the temperature to High if it isn't already (it probably will be since Steam requires High).

Then press Start.

I figured it out. Only took 4 hours. I don't know who's more stupid, a box of rocks or me. No, it wasn't pointed to the 6:00 position (funny, that's the same way I described it to my husband when I finally realized what was staring me in the face all long). Once I SET THE DIAL TO STEAM, IT WORKED. Surprise!

Ran some white t-shirts thru a steam cycle. Opened the door 1/2 way thru. The shirts were blistering hot and I didn't sense any dampness, but, found the steam spray thingy and it was wet. I'm satisfied everything is working as it should :) Thank you.
