Thanks @Flo Mangan, I realized after taking the pic that the table wasn’t centered (on purpose day to day bc it saves space, but I know it should be centered under the chandelier). What we have trouble with is what to put on those little wooden shelves attached to the cabinet above the dishwasher counter...

For those shelves I would put a draping plant on middle shelf, and colorful single pieces on the other two shelves. String of pearls come to mind.

Nice update on the kitchen. Removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room did make a difference. Your new kitchen looks more spacious than before.

Looks amazing! At some point, you could get rid of the temporary desk and add in a built-in desk, possibly at counter stool height to beak up the sightline. A live edge wood would look great!
