Pictures are always helpful so we can get a better idea of what you have. Its also helpful if you mention what is your intention/direction to go with the project (painting, landscaping, decor...).

If they're low E glass, that could be the reason. Some have a heavier green tint that will make anything near them green as well. There's another dilemma on here where a poster had the same situation with new low E windows and all her off white paint samples going green.

Green tint competes with our beautiful colors. Guess I’ll figure out what to do. Seems like those who complain are put through a shredder. It’s very teal and unexpected but it is what it is and l will be either removing or repainting the beautiful white shutters. Thanks for all the input. It was very enlightening. Buyers beware and always do a whole lot of homework! Don’t stress. Find a fix and move on. 😃

Som days they’re so green that my neighbors thought I changed the white shutters to green.
