Kitchen Cabinet Question

Hi! I've been doing most of my own kitchen remodel for the past few months. I've contracted out a few things, such as removing a wall and adding an LVL, plumbing and most of the electrical work. I've finished my upper and lower cabinets, and we've already been measured and ordered counter tops. Electrical rough-in inspection is ordered for next week, so that I can close up the walls in the middle of the cabinet layout. The only structures that are unfinished will be my 36" built-in pantry, fridge box and double oven box, which all are in a row. This gives me the triangle with my sink in my island, and drop-in stove top to the left of the pantry area. My lower cabinets are your standard 24" depth. I'm going back and forth on the depth of the pantry box. If I keep it 24" then I'll have an inch and a half of counter overhang when you're looking down the line of my cabinets, but the cabinet front themselves will have a clean line. I see a lot of layouts do this. I could build out my pantry box flush with my fridge box that'll be 29", but I'm worried that'll look too bulky in the middle of our galley style kitchen. Finally, I could take my pantry to 26" to butt my counters up against that box and sort of graduate the depth towards the 29" fridge box depth. Would love thoughts on this layout! TIA!
