Growing fuchsia in zone 9-10

Hi. I'm living in Vietnam which has hot and humid weather. Never below 25 celcius and usually 34 celcius or above. Humidity is from 65-100%
I have 2 question: i get this variety from highland, they are about 15 celcius while it could be 30 at my place. Can you please let me know its name?
Sẽcond, what i need to do to keep them alive first then happy with my weather? I have tried about 20 of them and i killed them all. This new batch i want to start over.
