Wow, where to begin. How about Waiting in Vein at night.

    Waterslide

This was my most photographed Hosta last year and so this year I neglected to get a good shot of it. But since I have two plants, I'll show you both. Wave Runner in May

    and the end of June

    Well Shaked

    Winter Frost (Very Bridegroomesque)

Paula lol, yes that was my first computer!

Wow so many Wheee's! Whiteall Tire, Well Shaked and Winter Frost are really interesting.

Thankfully I have Wave Runner, Whirlwind, Wooly Mammoth, World Cup & Wylde Green Cream to plant.

    Wide Brim

    Winsome

    Winter Snow is a favorite.

Wolverine just planted - try to ignore the hard water spots.

Woodland Elf is a terrific mini.

How did the alphabet go by so fast? I still have lots of snow outside.

mae, nice side shot of Wheee!
Beth, I'm glad you kept trying. Lovely hostas!

Waterslide, still a young one (sorry - hard water spots)

Wheee! - I have a hard time getting a good picture of this one.

White Bikini - I heart this one!

Paula, I just love the “kitten love”!

mae, your Wheee is sooo curly! I love it!

beth, you have so many Ws.....your Wave Runner is really nice and full

sherrygirl, love your Winter Snow, it has such full leaves

steve, you have several that I really like. Your photo of Waiting in Vein at nighttime is just beautiful! Well shaked is a great streaker! How long have you had that one? Your Wilde Green Cream is really, really lovely.

sunnywood, your War Paint and Whitehall Tire are really cool! Love them both!

peren.all, all of your Ws are terrific but I especially like that little Woodland Elf....so cute!

    Here are my Ws:

    Whirlwind, last year’s pic

I think this needs more sun to bring out the coloring it should have. Right now it is in complete shade.

    The flower

One more, very young Waterslide. I think I left this too long in the pot before I got it in the ground. I hope it survives.

    one more photo

Another photo of Wolverine in bloom, first year it bloomed since I planted it 10 years ago.

Sandyslopes we were posting at the same time. Love that White Bikini! I wonder if Teeny Weeny Bikini is related. Take a look at my photo of Wide Brim, the flower head is very distinctive, quite a bundle. Check out the flower on your suspected WB and compare. That’s how I figured mine out.....I had planted it but lost the maker. I’m not sure who helped me figure it, but when they mentioned WB I knew that was correct because I remembered the name.

sandyslopes I heart, heart , heart White Bikini!

djacobs that is a very nice Wolverine, It certainly took it's sweet time to bloom lol!

    Winter Warrior

    Whirlwind

    White Christmas, biggest slug magnet.

    Wishing Well

Wolverine, always the first to show up in the spring.

    peren,

I love those big hosta clumps...and Wave Runner is surely one for the list...

peren.all, awesome Winter Snow .....So big!

djacob, I can't remember if my Wide Brim has ever flowered. That flower laying down is a spent Peony. Being better at deadheading is on my list for this coming season. ;-) Your WB flowers are very full and pretty. ....Wide Brim was known to have a bad tc batch that made it to market, (hope I remember that right) and I must have gotten one, because mine has never looked like a typical WB. But I've kept it anyway and just let it do its thing.

    old_dirt, nice Winter Warrior

Karin, Whiskey Sour is such a nice color. If only it would stay that yellow all season!

    Here come the Ws

    Warwick Comet

    Waterslide...with some water sliding

    Waukon Glass

    Wheee

    Whirlwind

    Winter Snow

    Wolverine

    Wylde Green Cream

    Wiggles and Squiggles

Those mature Winter Snows are inspirational!

Winter Snow before the Southern Blight attack. This poor Hosta has been attacked by SB twice and voles, too. I think I’ll fertilize it this year.

    Waterslide

Wolverine late season, and I think that’s Wiggles and Squiggles top right.

World Cup I love this Hosta and this is apparently the only picture I took of it all year.

ZKathy - I love World Cup too and found that it wasn’t easy to capture its beauty.

First year coming up in my garden and several times larger than the plant I purchased the year before.

Yes, ConnieMay, beautiful and a vigorous grower in my garden, too!

dj - Waterslide seems like a vigorous grower so yours should be fine.

dirt - you're not helping curb my Hosta obsession - AT ALL! Winter Warrior has been in my cart a few times. I think it is close enough to Tropical Dancer that I don't NEED it. Love that pot too.

mbug - I'm going to start showing my Hostas pictures of your Hostas so they know what to do this year.

Here's a couple more Ws. Something to do in the down day. William Lachman, 2nd year, same as previous year.
