Bosch refrigerator and oven?

edit: It looks like Bosch only comes in counter depth which we don't want so we won't be going with it.

Does anyone have insight on Bosch appliances outside of their dishwashers? Their dishwashers seem highly rated but I haven't heard much about their other appliances.

We're having a house built and we'd like the same brand fridge and stove … any reliable brand recommendations? I'm looking at CR also but there are so many to choose from and CR didn't rate any French door fridges very highly, which is what we want.

I have a Bosch Fridge which is actually a Kitchen aid. My model was discontinued. I believe that Bosch refrigerators are not made by Bosch. I also have a BOSCH single side swing oven and induction cooktop that I'm happy with. Disappointed with their Speed oven.

The Bosch is one of the only brands (other than the really expensive ones) to have two compressors like the Sub Zero. It's a great fridge. I don't know why you don't want a counter depth but you must have your reasons. Their profile is usually so much more attractive in a kitchen.

We don't like that there's not as much space in a counter depth.

I have a Bosch fully integrated refrigerator (not sure if that's what you mean by counter depth). There are only two of us, plus we have the obligatory extra refrigerator in the garage, so the interior size didn't matter. I've had fully integrated refrigerators for 25 years so I'm used to the difference in capacity.

Also have a Bosch dual fuel range and of course the Bosch dishwasher. Love them all.

My standard disclaimer: I don't cook so mine don't get as much use as others would.

FYI you lose a bout 10% storage in a counter depth and honestly that 10% is where all the stuff gets lost at the back As for brands I have never found on brand that makes everything well that is why plain old stainless is still the best finish you buy for how you use the appliance and they all match. Why listen to anyone who does not cook. I love my Bosch DW and W/D but those are the only that things from that brand I found useful for me.I actually do not like french door fridges but that is just me.

We're a military family so we've had different brands, styles and sizes of everything. Our last house had a french door fridge which I wasn't excited about but our current house has a side-by-side and I don't like it - I actually miss our previous french door fridge. Having small children we need and use every bit of space we can. Counter-depth is not for us.

We have had our new Bosch refrigerator and range for under three months. The refrigerator is great but the range on the other hand is awful! We’ve had two issues now with the range and the oven won’t heat up now. I started reading more reviews and I guess I should’ve done that before I purchased, I just trusted the Bosch name. I think it has been a horrible mistake but I need to reach out to the repairs at the store I bought it from, they have been closed all weekend. I’m hoping they can fix quickly because I feel like we are back to not having a kitchen again, just like during our remodel.
