We have medium height, dense wool carpets in our house in the living areas & 2 bedrooms. The living/family room has wool carpet installed which I believe is about 7 yrs. old. It's in pretty good shape. New wool carpets have been installed in 2 bedrooms.

Question about care: we have a vacuum that has a hardfloor setting, disconnecting the beater bar. So that's an advantage, don't need a new upright vacuum.

What about buying a Roomba type robotic floor vac? Any issues with using those on wool carpets?

What about stains & cleaning those. Most often it's coffee and tea. . . .what to use? No more Resolve as a cleaner, correct?
