My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Beautiful Flooring

Hi - we love how beautiful this flooring looks. What is the brand and color of this flooring? How durable is it? We are looking at LV but concerned about its durability over time. Does it scratch or fade easily? Can it withstand heavy furniture without breaking? Thank you.

    Hi Cristi,

    The product is Shaw Floorte and the color is Veneto Pine if I remember correctly. It's very durable and does not scratch or dent easily. Heavy furniture is fine but I recommend pads under the feet just to be safe. If you keep vinyl plank flooring out of constant direct natural light, fading will not be an issue.
