My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

which pool design ?

Hello, I’m in between two type of pool designs

Please help narrow it down!
Please only look at the pool design/shape.

And I live in Nevada if that makes a difference for spa placement.

    Bottom rendering is nicer. Nicer when the spa is close to the house.

    I prefer a raised spa and most of clients prefer that set up. What's nice is the spa is set at 18" above the patio to provide additional pool side seating. With a spillway back into the pool, it looks nice and sounds nice

    The outside of the raised spa can be faced with glass tile for a real nice look.

    Just my 2 cents.
