Identifying Black Marking on Apple Trees, Disease

Apple Trees - Disease · More Info

I moved into my current home about three years ago. Needless to say, the original owners took care of literally nothing other than manicuring the grass. I've been working slowly on getting everything in shape. I spent some time watching videos about pruning apple trees and went to do that today so they can grow properly. They're already quite established but are very haphazard.

As for the trees, they produce small, red apples with a slightly sour but sweet flavor. The apples died on the tree last year (2019) and didn't bear much fruit. I was gone all summer and had somebody house sit. I was informed that it hailed a lot, and I was hoping the lack of fruit was just from hail damage. Three are dwarf apple trees while the majority of pictures show the full-grown (about 35-foot) apple tree.

I stumbled upon these black spots on my tree--the same that I pruned off my pear tree in the fall. I'm of the impression this might be fire blight and am hoping someone here can identify if it is or isn't that dreadful disease. I apologize in advance for the overkill on the images. I tried to get as many angles as possible for proper identification.

Also, one of the pictures shows an orange rot at the base of one of the dwarf trees. I've had no luck identifying it, but I'm thinking it could be collar rot. None of the other dwarf trees have anything like this around their bases. I'll post pictures below identifying which trees belong to which image. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
