Hi. We have a small winter home in Florida and I’d like to update the master bathroom. I’d like to remove the tub (an accident waiting to happen for seniors), but what do I do with the extra space? I thought of adding lower cabinets from the end of the double vanity on the left to the single vanity straight ahead, but the window is low so a lower cabinet would cover the lower portion of the window. Now I’m thinking of a bench (maybe teak) under the window and adding cabinets to the left of the vanity straight ahead. I’m thinking a grey floor with a white marble-looking quartz as the countertops and matte black faucets. My walls are gre y (SW My accent colors in the house are sapphire blue, purple, with a touch of orange. Any thoughts/ comments would be appreciated.
