Problem with bush cherries

Have two "Juliet" bush cherries. Where good-sized when I bought them (about hip height and full). This will be their 4th season in the ground. Prior years I didn't get any cherries -- not one! They flowered beautifully, though. I keep mason bees, so I know there are pollinators flying around out there at bloom time. So why no cherries? I read somewhere they take 4-5 years to bear, but if they were big when I bought them, would that still apply? If I don't get at least a handful of cherries this year, out they go -- real estate in the fruit/vegetable garden is premium, they need to earn their keep.
