The scale on your drawing is making my head spin - if the vanity is almost 6' wide, the ceiling must be almost 12' high! And the vanity as shown looks to be 4-1/2 feet tall.

Are you completely stuck on having 2 sinks? I have a 6' vanity with one sink, and I love the counter space and drawer space it provides. DH and I rarely need to use the sink at the same time - in 33 years of marriage we have never lusted after a second sink.

If you had one sink, you could have 2" of filler, an 18" drawer stack, a 24" sink cabinet, and a 24" drawer stack, with a couple more inches of filler on the other side. I realize it is not symmetrical, but I doubt you could get that with stock cabinets (without a lot of filler). Or, if your sink will fit in an 18" cabinet, you could get 24" drawers on each side.

Do you really need two sinks? It looks so crowded and uncomfortable in that space. Do you have a plan of the entire bathroom? IMO you could get a much more usable space with one sink, one mirror, one light and a couple of drawer banks.

IMO a 6’ vanity should not have 2 sinks. As for the sink goes it needs to line up with a cabinet so either in the middle or to one side . Have you tries kitchen cabinets instead of bathroom vanities and then just get a top to fit. Since most vanities are now 36” high should be no problem.

Take a look at the Installation Guide for this Fresca 72" Lucera vanity. The sinks are 16" wide and there is 16" between the centerlines of the sinks and the adjacent walls. The manufacturer accomplished this by (a) not centering the sink above the drawers and (b) allowing the sinks to extend into the cabinets on either end. Note that your "pullouts" are simple cabinets with swing doors in this vanity.

The Installation Guide of the Fresca 72" Cambridge vanity shows 22" sinks whose centerlines are 15" from the walls.
