Help! Advice for crazy pipe!

Help! We have a pipe over our kitchen that was in a furdown that we need to cover. The pipe sticks out about 13 inches from the wall so it’s not right up against it. It cannot he moved. We will have cabinets right up against the windows (or very close) like I drew on red. Would you run a false/dummy cabinet across the windows or so a cornice?
