Miele Dishwasher - use without upper rack ?

I need to wash a couple of tall pots that require removing the upper (or middle) rack. Our Asko and Bosch DW's always had an option for using only one rack (so a massive force of water doesn't come out of the pipe in the back that feeds the arm on the middle rack) but I can't find that on our Miele.

Does anyone know how to do this? Or does Miele not have the capability of using only the lower rack?

IME it depends on the model. Yes that will be an option in a menu if your model is capable of doing it.

Look in the operating manual (mieleusa.com) or call the customer support number.
