Yeah. I don’t know why it’s doing that. I went through all the privacy and advanced setting options to make sure that people can comment and private message. .

Ok. I downloaded the app, and I can click on my profile that way.

Maybe scroll to the bottom of the page to the Get Help list and ask Houzz Support why we're not getting your Houzz page so contact can be made.
