Thermador (discount) vs Bluestar

I'm building a new house and I cook a lot. So, I would like to invest in a good gas range. However, my budget is $5000 for the range. I was almost ready to buy the Bluestar closed burner, but got update from the store that Thermador PRG366GH is now discontinued and I can get the new one for $4999 with a free Thermadoor dishwasher (you buy the dishwasher for $1399 and you will get a visa card for $1399).

I though it's a good deal as I'm getting a Thermador range worth $7700 and a dishwasher worth $1399 for $4999. The features I like are 1) start burner that gives me much more even heat, self cleaning oven, easy to clean top and convection oven. But I saw the reviews and people are complaining about this model. The sound from the oven seems pretty loud.

The no#1 priority for me is the burners. I like to get dual ring, but most with dual rings have bad grates. I want open grates above the burners. My only issue with Bluestar open burner is the messiness it creates and the difficulty to clean spills and oil.

Any suggestions, comments?
