Shower Leak - Master Bath Layout Suggestions

You guys were so helpful with picking out our master bath paint color. Well the painter came back to do "touch ups" and we realized the master shower is leaking through the pony wall. The leak is in the shower pan the entire length of the pony wall. Yuck and all the curse words. So here we are, the shower has to be replaced, which leads to do we keep the corner? The vanities fit the space, are wood, still ok, I am thinking we paint them. I need ideas on the shower/bath layout. Options below but open to other ideas.
