Thank you for a response, Paul! That is so helpful. We are breaking ground on our new house and I really do not want trim (or very minimal). I am not sure if my builder understands this (Knoxville is a little behind in some ways). In case he doesn't know, what is an integral color skim coat? Is it California One Kote? Was it painted or left the color of the skim coat? I promise I will not bother you again. ;)
