When can I move my rooted fig cuttings outside?

It's early autumn here in Sydney Australia. My cuttings finally rooted inside a plastic bag in my bathroom after two weeks (I covered addition roots growing with more soil). They are placed in the same pot (is that a bad idea?). You can see some leaves sprouting.

Can I now move the container outside in my veranda so they can get 'used' to sunshine or should I wait for the cuttings to grow more leaves? My veranda just gets some morning sun. The temperature has been around 17C-25C these days (60s- mid 70s).

P.S. Do they still need the plastic bag over them?
