I would move it over and get a much larger table

Ideally I’d move it and I agree that the space needs a larger, more striking table, a light wood would warm the area without being jarring. Color? Right now it looks a little ‘cafeteriaish’ (only my opinion) and needs more personality.

Yes, sorry I should’ve clarified the table in the picture was used for staging photos only!

You can replace the boob light with something on a chain and center the table under it, or you can hang a longer-chain swagged light and move the table under the fixture.

I’d leave the table to the side, but with plenty of room to walk behind the chairs so it doesn’t feel squished. You can put a sideboard or a couple chairs in front of the opposite window - however you feel you will best use the space.

How wide is this space?? From windowed wall to windowed wall? It looks a bit distorted in the photograph and I suspect it's narrower than it looks here. At first glance I like the idea of a medium/large scale round table---and yes, move the light! Swagging really only looks good on certain styles---it's hard to pull off.
