My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Exterior paint color ideas

It’s past time to repaint the house exterior. When we moved into the house 27 years ago it was a dark gray-blue color. We changed the color to a khaki tan and the roof shingles to verde gris. 10 years ago we repainted it the green color as in the pictures. The front of the house faces west. The house is in Florence SC, so we get 4 seasons, but the summers are hot and humid which makes the paint color fade quicker. I need some color suggestions please. The landscaping will be another project after we paint the house. Thank you.

    @celerygirl - it’s been 3 years since you responded to this post and we finally got around to getting the house exterior painted. I wanted to share a before and after pic because it was your color option of the Grecian Ivory that gave me the direction of going lighter on the house color. I went with SW Shoji White with Amazing Gray trim. Thank you for taking the time answer my post with some color options, it really saved a lot of time and spared me a lot of indecision.
