To see them from inside and out, I would try them up very close to the brick in the center of the underside of the arches. I’m guessing it will look very busy if you swag them down too far under the arches. If you don’t feel the need to see them from outside (or they are for sheltered or inside use only), try along the line under the vertical bricks at the top on the inside. Don’t be afraid of trial and error.
