So, I have been pouring over this site for hours and am freaking out about this Revere Pewter. We have a home in mountains with alder trim (very popular up here, no one really paints trim), our designer recommended Revere Pewter as I wanted to tone down all the golds (they had fauxed everything a yellowy gold several years ago), I am really struggling with this color. It looks very blue to me- I thought it would look more cream. I am wondering if I should just go with it throughout ? I thought it would tone down all the reds in the wood but it seems to make it more prominent?

Just finished painting my dining room and the Revere Pewter looks ver blue to me. Thought it would be a neutral gray but I think it's way too blue. Like ice blue. Maybe when I put my furniture and accessories back it will make it less blue.

Odd. I'm looking at it now on my wall and see no blue. I wouldn't have liked it otherwise.

To the comment on the blue tone that Revere Pewter had in her room....same exact thing in my home. Every photo, paint chip, you name it that I’m drawn to is Revere Pewter but anyway in my house it has so much blue undertone that it looks nothing like what I thought it would. Formula is correct and finish is not the culprit either. Ended painting over it.
