My front stoop needs an eye for design!

I need a fresh eye for my front stoop. There’s a lot Of space and I’m not sure if what I’ve started is going in the right direction or if I need a complete 180. The door to the garage is never used so I don’t need to keep that space open. I would love some fresh ideas to point me in the right direction.

To the right of the door is 35”
