Mango Tree in Container- HELP

I have an 8month old mango tree that I’ve grown from seed. Initially grew quickly and very healthy. I transplanted it about 2months ago into a larger pot, and it seems to have recovered from transplant shock. About 3 weeks ago, it grew another set of leaves, but they dried up and died/fell off before ever getting larger or even spreading open. The stem still was green; I thought the plant maybe didn’t get enough sun but then I saw 3 lateral branches growing from the same spot; these have all grown over the last 2 weeks but the leaves are starting to look again like that last bunch, excessively curled out and not growing/spreading. Additionally my leaves now have these light green spots that show mostly in the light. Is this a root disease vs nutritional deficiency? How do I ensure each of these branches grows healthy sets of leaves? I just fertilized 1day ago with a mix of all purpose miracle gro and fish emulsion (both watered down per package instructions). Ive been using UV LED grow lights to supplement and watering every 5-7 days when the soil has dried out. The soil is a mixture of worm castings, potting soul and extra perlite for drainage. Any help is appreciated!
