Yes I have and ordered them but (1) the lip is too short and doesn't clear the door frame and (2) cutouts do not align with latch bolt and deadbolt. I am waiting for these to come but would really prefer a fully flat look like the one pictured above.

Is there a group of the Society for Creative Anachronism in your area? A lot of those guys make actual medieval-style armor, and there's a good chance that one or more of them will have the metalworking tools and skills to custom-make exactly what you're looking for.

Architectural salvage is your best bet. Old doors were usually 1 3/4" thick. New doors are 1 3/8". New hardware does not fit old doors.

Trace the strike using a sharp pencil. Scan the tracing. Send the tracing as an attachment to an e-mail to as many architectural salvage sites as you can find along with a clear photo of the item you are trying to match. Wait for results.

We restore a lot of old houses and do this all the time. The results are usually pretty good. Most of these old hardware items are out there, just not all in one place.
