I would have art on the wall where the two little candle things are. Four matching chairs plus two end chairs (either matching or contrast) instead of what appears to be three different chair styles. If you can find more matching drapery panels, add another to each rod to give the drapes a fuller look. A somewhat larger, more casual, chandelier hung lower (30” above the table?) would look better.

Would definitely change the overhead light fixture as a priority ... that alone will have a huge impact.

If the tall back end chairs (that look really good and match the table) are comfortable keep a pair of them on the ends (for adults) and choose four matching chairs for the sides. Find another place for the third high backed chair and keep it as a spare.
