This is why you buy samples. Always. Designers don’t jet around to 300 different spots comparing anything. They pull together designs all from their offices.

Do you have a good mid/high end plumbing showroom in your area? There are a couple near me that have a large selection of cabinet hardware sample board displays and also have the metal sample chips for all the faucet brands they carry. They probably still have some employees working in the showroom. A company/showroom like that, would be able to give you an idea which brands have similar finishes. I would order from them too, because I like to support local businesses, even if I have to pay a bit more!

Also, you can use a kitchen without cabinet hardware, so it isn't something you absolutely have to pick now.

Chispa, no showrooms are open because of COVID. It's interesting to be in this position. I had picked out everything except hardware before the reno started. I looked at hardware once but wanted to go back (and now nothing is open). Would love to support local businesses! The reps are available by email and phone though. I had to cancel my order for California Faucets kitchen faucets (they are shut down), and pick out different faucets (different brand) without seeing them. I could put everything on hold. But already-underway construction can continue, and my guys are begging to work (no more then five working at a time). Crazy times for sure!

Matching isn’t critical at this time. Pick out the size that you will use, get close enough in color, and you can easily DIY change hardware out down the line. As long as the holes are the right size, it just takes a screwdriver. I don’t find 100% matching to be critical anyway. It’s more pleasing to have some variance in tones. It lends depth and interest.

Hope your Reno is coming along. From what I may recall Top Knobs Honey Bronze may have e similar look to the moen satin brass. Perhaps you may want to get a sample from them. Good Luck.
