What a beauty, Debbym! That grew fast for a Tea rose.

Thanks Sheila, I'm thinking this might be its third year but definitely has not been in the ground that long. Tea roses generally seem to love my climate and grow quickly here. They get huge huge huge!

I love this rose because of the lovely droopy, elegant blooms. Very nice foliage too. I love when I am surprised and thrilled with a rose and realize it will now be one I will not be without. This is one of those.

The rose looks so healthy and happy. Great choice.

I used to grow Alexander Hill Gray, and it was gorgeous. Unfortunately it was jammed in between two other roses and developed the worst case of mildew I'd ever seen in my garden. Big mistake! It was a glorious rose, as you can see. Of course you know that!
