Hello, I have a little question. I am pretty new to the whole propagation world but I bought a cutting from a monstera variegata over a month and a half ago. I left it in water (with plant fertiliser and lea). This is my situation now. I think it is a baby sprouting? But no new roots. Is there a chance he might survive? I hope somebody can give me some tips :)
