is there anything else in this room yet? Furnishings can make a huge difference in what I would suggest for colors. Although, since you are just asking about white - I would direct you to cool whites. Here's some good info about the best way to choose white paints

Dunn Edwards white paint

I have slight similar floor color. I will be painting baseboards and all trim Dunn Edwards White, still deciding on walls btwn Dun Edwards Whisper, Milk Glass or White Heat. Not sure which way to go on my ceilings
