Pot them up and give them room to get established. At least a five-gallon size container or more for each plant. Never overhead water and you can give them an organic root starter to help the starts take. -No store bought tomato can compare to a well-ripened homegrown tomato. Good luck!

Looks like you aren't watering them consistently enough, and you aren't feeding them consistently enough.

Also, sometimes tomatoes just seem to want to lose their baby leaves.

Thanks everyone! I potted up a couple days ago and used some good soil. They seem a lot happier now! I'm also going to start watering them more frequently. Any tips for after I transplant them into my raised bed? We are part of a community garden and inherited our plot from someone else. I'm not sure what's in the soil, but we added a bag of an organic potting mix (picture attached). I was also hoping to use the liquid fertilizer I have throughout the growing season (picture attached). We're also growing lettuce,cucumber, peppers, peas and carrots. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Never, ever let seedlings go dry. They like water. Your first pictures look very dry.

Just a note for next year; don't wait so long to get them out of that seed starting mix and into good potting mix. I pot mine up as soon as they have 2 good true leaves. Seed starting mix is hard to keep moist enough to support plant growth and it doesn't have much in the way of nutrients. Its sole purpose is to get seeds up. Now that you've gotten yours into better conditions I'm sure they'll be fine.
