Frightening! Oldbusy1, do you live near Madill?

I have watched all the videos and seen all the photos and it was just so horrifying. We were tracking the storms live via Channel 12, KXII, as they were occurring and it was just terrible knowing the storm was headed straight down Hwy 99 towards J&I Mfg and Okahoma Wire and Steel. I was really relieved when it missed the nearby Wal-mart.

Y'all keep in mind that even as this particular tornado was on the ground in Marshall County, we had two other tornado-warned storms also producing lesser tornadoes, so the TV meteorologists and their storm chasers/reporters who work for our small local station were incredibly busy trying to keep everyone in three separate areas informed about the weather and the need to take shelter. They did an awesome job, broadcasting live for several hours.

It was a crazy day, with the largest tornado outbreak we've had in the Texoma region in one day in several years. There were at least 11 tornadoes that first day, and then a handful slightly further east on the next day. Fortunately none of the other tornadoes were as powerful, deadly and destructive as the Madill tornado.
