You can make a serviceable potting mix from some of this - at least for a single growing season - but it won't be a good one. You will be lacking the necessary proportion of durable and larger textured material that provides good aeration and prevents a too rapid collapse.

Skip the compost entirely and use as little of the raised bed soil as you can get away with to achieve the quantity you need. Can you get your hands on any perlite?

I concur. The only compost I ever used in containers was a 1" top dressing for nutrients on very slow growing Japanese Maples. Depends on the plants you're growing as well. Fast growing annuals and veggies are generally more tolerant of water retentive soils because they need more water. Slow growing houseplants and trees, not so much.

Ah okay! I don’t have perlite but I can get some. So should I just mix my own using the coco coir brick that I have as a base? What should I put in it?

Use what potting soil you currently have as a base. You can add to it the perlite and coir in more or less equal parts. Add any raised bed soil as a last resort only to get the volume you require. The more of this that gets added, the more I would increase the perlite component.
