My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This floor is a prefinished engineered product. It is a grey tinted stain on 7" wide white oak.

    Thank You so much-do you happen to remember the details on the product you used? I’m having trouble finding a product where the length is long enough that is doesn’t look choppy - I love that this floor isn’t shiny as well. We have a mixture of brick and wood floors to cover 3000 sqft of the lower level that is mainly all open and it’s a huge decision! Thanks in advance for any help!
