Woven might be nice. Other challenge we’re having is we need a

seat height of at least 19. 19.5 would be better.

Are you all very short ? Dining chair seat height is usually apprx 18” the reason is so you will have space to fit legs under the table top so make sure you test that out.

I do particularly love the two moser-like ones. I would love to get the actual moser ones, especially the continuous curved back ones, but after the table, far too spendy. The others you picked are lovely.
