Give them more time!

I have winter sown many many seeds and I am so sad that I only have very small sprouts in some and nothing in others. I am being patient. We have so much rain and some containers have green moss or something in the bottom of the containers. I haven’t had to water at all. I just hope that the month of May changes things around for me and you and your rose seeds. I figure planting flowers can’t be done around Chicago until the temps reach warmer nighttime temperatures. We can only pray we will get spouts.

Patience! It's still too early to give up any hope. Let it get warm and stay warm for a while and see what they do.

I second that. We have received over 3 inches of rain in the last couple days too. We need the sun to warm the soil and dry everything out. Good luck.
