Bye bye beige...help please!

Looking for a soft, bright off white for my All of the walls in my home. lots of bright morning east facing light in NM. Lots of wood tones and stained trim, so maybe a pulling a white with a cooler shade (green or blue tint) to offset the warm wood. Looking at BM colors and in the 80s LRV range but worried they will be too bright. Dover white too Yellow.
White Dove sample stands out above Swiss Coffee. Thinking of grabbing samples of Dove Wing and Sea Pearl, big don’t want beige walls, just soft white.
Will I regret going to a white? Feedback appreciated! Thx!!!
